This is one of the weirdest watches I own, but it’s also the first watch I ever bought myself back in 2012. It’s made by Projects, which is still around, and it’s called “Free Time”. The outside hand is the hour, middle is the minutes, and inside is seconds. The gaps in the circles are the markers. I love how minimalistic it is - anyone else have one?

So one fifty five is the time?

12:50 in this image. I will admit, it’s not great at being a watch 🤣 it is good at starting conversations tho!

I like it I thought 50 at first then change my question. It’s different and I like different. Would take getting used to but still as you say it’s a conversation piece
I do have one but I keep it in the 4th dimension where I can read it 😎 super cool, buddy - I love it!

So, is the "5" maybe the seconds marker?
Projects has some of the coolest concept dials. Hadn't seen this one before.
Are they standard quartz movements? They do not mention on their website...I like this one with a custom strap - https://projectswatches.com/products/past-present-future-steel

That’s my understanding, just regular old quartz movements. They’re really more design/art pieces than they are watches.

Yea, I am glad you posted up...cool stuff.

Thanks! I’ve always loved them. Something a little more fun and different to take a break from more serious watches 💯
