The outside track is the hours and is static. The inside track is minutes, it and the globe rotate at different speeds with the direction symbol on the globe pointing to the time.

Yeah, I don't roll this one out much but was wanting something different today. The Chinese brands do push the envelope on design. This is actually the 2021 GPHG Challenge Watch Prize Winner.
