Testing another mod this morning at the bus stop. San Martin case, StrapSeeker FKM strap, AliX dial and hands, NH35 with custom blue date wheel out of a WatchDives WD0005. Need to find hands that are about 1.5mm longer, but other than that I love it.

The stumbling is how you learn. I’ve got a box full of damaged dials, hands, and cases. But now I’m repurposing the indices from the damaged dials and using them on new dials so I can customize my stuff even more.

Make sure you have a big/good magnifying glass on a stand, bright lightning, and carbon fiber tipped tweezers.
