I received this Timex, Marlin, California dial for my 40th birthday recently. I really like the quirky design of the dial with the combination of Roman numerals and standard numbers. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but is definitely unique and has attracted a few nice comments already.
The open back looks great, although the Miyota movement can be a little noisey. That aside I really enjoy wearing this watch and is a great everyday timepiece.
I also recently checked the Timex UK website and see it is sold out now, so I’m glad I mentioned it to my wife as birthday present now!

I’ve got in to watch collecting over the last couple of years. My favourite watch I own is my Seiko Presage Coffee Time dress watch. I’m looking forward to learning more in this community!
