A Great Find: Discontinued Longines Evidenza L2.643.4
This piece came in today acquired from a seller who practically kept it in its box since 2008! The box is pretty weathered and the strap keepers just cracked and fell off when I tried wearing the watch. But the watch head was in pristine condition.
I had my eye on this collection line for a long time but were difficult to find. I was lucky this one popped-up and is practically in NOS condition for about 50% the asking price on Chrono24. Except for the strap issue I'm pretty much happy with the pickup. Good thing I have an extra OEM GS strap which fits the watch perfectly! My first tonneau case piece.

My next watch is very likely to be an Evidenza. I'm really eager to get a tonneau shaped dress watch & this is probably the most affordable that also looks great. Enjoy your watch, a very nice find 👍

That is a stunning looking watch. Leather straps just need to be replaced now and again so not a big deal, I would just keep the buckle.
