Yea, I like that Circula watch face....I hit up Marc's website from time to time and never looked at that brand. I think the both of them together and their brands focus cover a huge swath of the watch markets...they should do a rock star road show...I would go to see them and their respective booths!

I'm also eying that Circula 😄. Love discovering new brands, that's why I follow Teddy and Marc. Lots of knowledge between them two.

They both know watches but at the end of the day they are still salesmen with retail outlets to promote. Bias should be considered too.

I remember there was a little beef between. I guess they buried the hatchet. Would be interesting to get TGV’s opinion on the matter.

Salesmen with tons of knowledge. Wish I could say the same of my local ADs reps. Been discovering lots of cool brands / models watching them two.

Hard to believe any beef between those guys, both seem to be genuine classy likeable men. I sense mutual respect, but then again who knows what goes on behind the camera. I'm hoping they do more shows together in the future.

I believe the “beef” was Marc had a bigger channel over teddy, and Marc didn’t want to go into a collaboration at that time. Which makes sense as he was also trying to grow, remember it’s a business he is very clear on his motives. But in hindsight Marc admitted he should have joined.

I wouldn’t exactly call that a beef. Just a missed financial opportunity. But then again, when SKX was killed off, him making the Islander line was one of best decisions in the affordable space. So I guess you win some and loose some 🤷

I also find him hard to watch but you gotta recognize he is one of the pioners of Youtube watch enthusiast community if not the most influential back in the day.

Yes, I watched him from early days. I immediately found his behaviour grating but you’re right, he was one of the only games in town. I dropped that insufferable poseur like a hot rock as soon as more sensible people came along.

Boy, am I ever being mean! Not really my style. But he gets my goat.
