New swimsuit for my BB54
Since I bought my Tudor Black Bay 54, I've been toying with the idea of buying the Tudor's rubber strap. It gives the watch a summery, sporty, and cool vibe. However, the rubber OEM strap is quite expensive.
I searched for third party straps and found that Delugs was already selling an integrated rubber strap for Tudor, but only for the Black Bay 58. I did wish they released a version for the cute little BB54 brother.
They did it!! and I bought it right away.
The strap comes disassembled because you have to cut it to your wrist size to make it perfect. Following the Delugs manual and video is very easy, straight-forward, and fast to do.
The clasp is cool. It is made of steel and has two different finishes with polished sides. It is also very minimal when closed, and the branding with the name "Delugs" is only on the inside and is seen when opened. When you start closing it, it closes itself automatically. That's cool.
The strap is cut to fit perfectly with the BB54 case and looks integrated and really good. Once correctly sized, it is very comfortable and gives my little Black Bay those summery, sporty looks I was searching for.
I bought the black one, but the strap has quick-release spring bars, so it is possible I dare to buy another with one of the more fun colours they have released, like gold or green.
My Tudor has a new swimsuit for this summer!

I did enquiry about this but told it doesn’t fit.
Yes used my OG end links. Had to purchase smaller depth spring bars as the BB55 rubber strap takes 1.5mm not 1.8mm as the bracelet does and all the BB58 straps take.

They released new rubber straps for a few other Tudor models. But I just checked and the 41 isn’t there 🥲

The OEM has T-Fit, which is an amazing addition. It also connects with the watch using a first steel link before the rubber, which is also a cool design, but for subjective. About the quality of the rubber, I cannot compare it ine to one. But I remember having the BB54 on the OEM rubber, and I now have this one. Both are great quality. But, value per money I think this ones win. But that also is subjective.
