Watch Repair Tips

Does anybody know how to repair this watch? The minutes and seconds hands are stuck. I bought it 21 years ago and have really good memories with it, which is why I want to revive it. Any tips?

Take it to a watch repair shop.

Or wishing really hard will probably help.

The battery is probably dead, but do you mean you cannot get any motion of the hands when turning a pulled out crown?

I'd remove the case back with the four little screws, find the little spot (usually marked near the stem area on movement back) to press to allow the crown and stem to be removed, then take the movement out of case without the crown and new battery and see if it keeps time. Otherwise, try a local shop or start looking for a used replacement movement.
