It is indeed a modern reissue SPB213J1 (140th Anniversary limited). I have it on z199 bracelet from Uncle Straps

Super nice, I'm envious. Wish it wasn't so much money.

They’re releasing a slightly smaller case versions now-ish

I’m sure some people will move their previous models. Check the secondary market, you might get a good deal. White dial was limited, but other versions are fairly popular.

Good luck and have fun!

I even thought about making my own. I wouldn't get a smaller case though.

I know it would not be an original Seiko. So if you were interested, i saw an interesting home made 62 mas. Go to a web site,"tokiemedic" In the magnifying glass type the word, "vintage." The first watch listed is the one i am speaking of. A 62 mas style with a 1965 Seiko 5 dial. It wasn't trying to be a fake but a watch the same style with an antique dial. It called to me, and i have a watch with that dial and all the parts were super cheep. Let me know what you think, other than why not have an original.
