Here's the watch collection as it stands. I feel like at this stage, I've learned not just what watches I like, but those watches that fit in my lifestyle and the ones that I like to own.
Seiko Weekdater 6619-7001 - Got this watch from my dad which he got from my grandfather. It's not the fanciest watch out there but this is the watch I treasure the most. I'll give it to my nephew one day if he shows an interest in watches as I think it should be owned by the oldest male in our family.
Seiko SKX013 - One of the first watches I bought when I was starting to get into watches. I love the size of this but I kind of wish it has drilled lugs and a better (hacking) movement.
Grand Seiko SBGW289 "Sakura-Kakushi" - my latest purchase and my first Grand Seiko. I've been stalking this watch ever since it was released, and I really feel blessed to be in a position to purchase it. This watch is almost perfect to me. I can now understand why people say that pictures don't do GS justice.
Rolex Explorer 114270 - The only Rolex I had my eye on, and my most worn watch. I feel like this watch I can relate the most to: it's simple, unassuming, robust, and reliable. I love that I can wear this without worries and that I know it's serviceable decades from now.
King Seiko 5626-7110 - the watch that made me fall in love with the Seiko grammar of design. I bought this to wear during my wedding and spent a considerable time sourcing its original buckle and bracelet. I love how it makes me feel like a Japanese middle manager in the 70s.
Casio G-Shock GW-5000U - my first and only G-shock. This kind of replaced my SKX013 as my beater. I love how it's just a great grab and go, it's nearly indestructible, and is very easy to wear.
My top 3 watches right now are the GS, the Explorer, and the G-shock. I think I have a relatively "boring" taste, and I'm fine with it. I like watches that look simple at a distance, but kind of pulls you in with their details when you look closer.
I probably won't buy another watch for some time, but the next one most probably be a small(ish) diver. 😅

Nice collection!
Awesome collection Not boring at all, i miss a chrono perhaps.

The GS and Rolex are so nice it must be hard to make time for the others

Thank you! I'd like a Zenith but it's a bit out of my price range. 😅 The speedy is nice but a bit too big for my liking. Maybe I'll try the reduced or the FOIS if I get the chance.

Yeah, I can actually consolidate the collection to just those two plus the G-shock. But the others are kind of sentimental, so they will stay.
Nice collection good diversity!
