Paying anything more than retail on this watch should be a cardinal sin in the world of watches - I love my Mission to Mercury MoonSwatch especially after I fitted a gorgeous leather strap to it but I wouldnt have paid even a dollar more than retail price for it

I have the Mission to Mars, and it's expensive for what you get, but the joy I had when I finally was able to get into a store and buy it was worth it. I love both Omega and Swatch, so u was always going to want one-I was just lucky to get it retail. As for the ones going for stupid amounts, I guess they're worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

Great combo ๐ฏ may I ask what make strap is it?? Cheers
Not even a joke anymore, because most MoonSwatches, including the Earth, are readily available at stores, excepting perhaps Mars and Moon. They were at least on a Saturday evening at the Oxford Street store in London.
Mission to Uranus and mission to the sun? I don't know whether to believe that or not!
Some even say there really is no moon. But I'm here to tell you there is. I saw it a couple summers ago when I was stopped at a red light. It was sticking out of the car window next to me. It wasn't nearly as big as I thought it would be. I forget what watch I was wearing when I saw the moon. But I didn't want to land on it.
I have a preference for straightforward, utilitarian timepieces. While dress watches don't quite align with my taste, I find myself drawn to the elegance of divers' watches. What captivates me most is...

I got it from Ebay and after u asked this question i went to see the name of the maker - unfortunately that listing has been removed
We can all laugh until someone out there buys it I guess
I expect that listings like that are trolls looking for a reaction.
People who dislike the MoonSwatch latch on to those listings as proof the watches are nothing but hype, and people who like the MoonSwatch defend it.
Great watches and great hype...I have Mars, Moon, Mercury and still waiting for neptune

Ebay has some great options
I'd like to hear from those who bid / paid $9000 in the first couple of weeks from launch.

Some now say that we never went to the moon. To their credit, Omega has never claimed that we did. They simply say that their watch went to the moon.
