This watch has a roulette date wheel where all the even days are in red, and all the odd days are in black. It's the only watch I own or know of with this particular complication. Does anyone know of other models with this type of date wheel?

Date wheel on my Vaer Tropic has every fourth day in red - part of their tetradic design language.
Rolex 36mm Datejust 116200's up until 2019 had them. Believe it started with the first model in the 40's.
