I chose the Longines 190th anniversary model as my wedding watch when I first got engaged. After 18 months, I finally wore it for the big day. I haven’t taken it off since, and in my opinion, it’s one of the most detailed and unique watches you can get anywhere close to the price.

I’ve been very suprised how visible the engraved numerals are, outside of actually darkness, there’s always good contrast and very easy to read.

Congrats! Excellent choice. I popped mine on a custom grey alligator strap. Wasn’t a fan of the fit with the deployant…..as nice as it looks.
Same, I switched the OEM strap for a black ostrich. I liked the original look but it was too stiff for my liking. Looks great on the custom strap here!

I have a 6 3/4” wrist and for me because of how light and thin the case is, the size hasn’t been a problem

Yes I wear it mostly in summer and the sunburst dial on Longines is really good.
