A late gift to myself for having advanced to candidacy, i.e. passed my quals/oral exams and only need to submit my dissertation to earn my phd, a significant hallmark and a tough road to trek.
It's really stunning in person, and even after intense research, it met all of my expectations. I think its perfect on the bracelet but threw it on this artem because I have to wait until the kids are asleep to resize but couldn't wait to wear it.
Kinda funny to think that the nicest, best engineered, and priciest watch I have is a quartz. Will need to add some color to the collection soon!
