Thanks for being decisive, mate! I loved the Mony Blanc. My daughter hated it. She’s the Apple of my eye but I’m putting her up for adoption.
The Montblanc is unique and beautiful and would definitely be a lovely forever reminder of your holiday.
I like the Montblanc but have to agree with your daughter who must have good taste in watches. I purchased that Montblanc but returned it to the ad before the period for return lapsed. I got tired of the dial. I might have erred but over 1/2 century obsessed with watches have sold off 1-2 never returned any so I have to trust my instincts here.

Go with the Longine Avigation Big Eye. It looks fantastic. As much as a Big Pilot is my grail watch, I would say go with the Longines.

My wife owns that Montblanc. It has a great dial and the case finishing is nice. The back with the etching of the building is fun touch.

I’m an IWC fanboy, especially the Mark XX (which I own), but looking at your current collection, the Longines seems to me the best addition. Adds something new, but fits with your love of pilot watches.
