This holiday is going to get me into A LOT OF TROUBLE!

Chime in with your thoughts as it’s only day one and I’ve quite a few shops to visit.

Can’t believe I forgot this one.

If money were no object, I would go for that JLC perpetual calendar. However, money is always an object (for me, anyway) and so the Hydroconquest GMT would be my second pick. I do like that Conquest chronograph, but I think I would rather have a chronograph from Longines Master Collection.

Omg… how was the JLC? I’ve been looking for one locally for quite some time. It’s the “GADA” QP!

That dual time calendar Longines looks very classy. Like having an astronomical clock on my wrist.

I didn’t handle the JLC as much as the others. She was happy to let me but there is a big boy aura about it that made me happy to just ponder over. It wasn’t as heavy as I was expecting but the size suited me.

I tried that one on and felt my bank balance start to creak. It’s so worth it. Reeks of class and, for all the complications, had a simplicity that took the breath away.

If your looking for a JLC at Longines money have a look at the longines Big Eye they look amazing at a lot less of the price

I love the big eye but I’m not settling on anything yet.

I used to own the Longines master. It was nice but very dressy. I found I didn't wear it very often. It looks great and is relatively affordable. I think the one drawback is that the logo is printed on the dial and not applied. I would checkout glasshute if your looking for a dress watch. If your looking for a more affordable dress watch Def check out Frederique Constant. I want an FC and a glasshute eventually. I looked a Carl bucherer but the month position at the 4 on the bicompax is a deal breaker.

Of the watches you have, the JLC on the brown strap is the best imo.

That JLC is pure class
