I have a very similar Omega, which I'm fairly convinced is a Geneve that's had a dial replacement with a Seamaster dial. It's a lovely watch regardless, although I never get to wear it as my wife has pinched it from me :)

That's really nice. Not sure about the dial, as I don't know much about vintage Omega (or any vintage.. it's a rabbit hole I don't want to fall down). But yes, very nice! My lady does not get this watch obsession. You're lucky your wife likes that watch. You'll just have to get another one for you... oh well
