Those stems are very active in this period. They appear in that vase every January, grow, and later produce a tree shaped inflorescence with white star shaped flowers. Don't know what kind of creature of the woods they are, but they're nice.

Well said, this model feels different immediately. Day one and I noticed the softness of the strap, the refined writings that look thinner and crisper, the dial with the old school icons (love the signal and alarm status indicators). This is Casio lover heaven 😍
