This watch is calling me and it's not a Timex.

Hey guys, I would love to hear your thoughts on this watch, for some reason, it wants to be in my collection.  Should I adopt her?

NOOOOOOOO...DON'T LISTEN!!!!!

Yeah, I got nothing for you on this one.  This is a real pretty watch, but it's is nothing I like in a watch.  I could get over it being so big, but I can't do a watch that puts anything above telling the time.  I don't mind a playful watch, but if I can't tell at a glance what time it is, it's not for me.  And it takes me much longer than a glance to tell the time here.  Many popular watches do what this does, namely, try to tell time in some novel manner.  But I'm here to tell you all the good ways of displaying time have already been invented.

As always, get what you love.  If this is calling to you, you should definitely get it.  And as much as I don't like it personally, I'll enjoy hearing your thoughts on it.

Hey my man,

If you dig it, you should do it!  Though, given the size and dimensions, I figure you gotta be prepared to really stand out if you wear it out in public.  It strikes me as similar to getting a Morgan...

Morgan reveals Plus Six as new flagship

If you do, you ain't exactly gonna be flying under the radar, and gotta be prepared to have rando's coming up to you constantly asking, "What's that?"

Most people I know who own exotic stuff just own it for their own pleasure, and never end up taking it out on the town.  Like, they keep it in their own little library or garage, for their private enjoyment.

So, if you're like Gollum and getting it for your own office, then the whole "what is that" thing won't be an annoyance.

The aesthetics of the case aren't to my taste but the dial movement is pretty interesting. Like @HotWatchChick69 noted, if you get it be prepared for the questions. There's no ignoring a planet on your wrist. 😉

Thanks folks, I think I may be over it already.  However, that can change. As Hotwatchchick69 said, it may be something for my office and act like an old adventurer that has captured the World.  The amateur magician and gadget guy wants it, the watch guy not s much.  I would probably get frustrated trying to tell the time and feel like a feeble old man.  lol

They're actually pretty nice in person.  I know a guy with one and the movement is super cool.  I think it might fail the telling time test reasonably easily, but if that were the metric I'd probably never own a watch again.
