It's here, it's here!! Finally! I received my first Miyako on 6/2, but it was DOA. Their customer service team responded THE next morning and initiated a swap and return. Covered shipping, and had another sent out.
For waiting as long as you do for these watches, it's nice to know the team truly is there to help with any issues. Great experience, and I can't say enough great things about Helm.
