What’s the best Explorer II alternative?

For me it’s probably this, but I don’t think it comes with a white dial.
I mean - if you just want to see if the vibe is right for you without spending a bunch before you get your grail, Seiko has you covered as always.

Breitling Chronomat GMT is better looking aesthetically IMO, but it has a caller movement.
