Well yes I'd agree: there are those with money to burn (or getting into debt); flexing, lapping-up and basking in the pathetic glory and daily fix of fawning WC adulation. The news is, that a new expensive watch every day is not a measure of one's character, it's just a shallow ego boost. Any fool with 200K can blow it on a watch - that really doesn't take much talent.
