Just restored this 1999 Timex Classic. This $5 dead junk seller watch is back in action after a rigorous scrubbing and crystal polish, a fresh battery, a little grease for the gasket and pushers, and last but not least a good scrub of the internals with contact cleaner and brush.
25 minutes of work and $5 to save a 25 year old classic.

a simple nostalgic guy who loves his wife, his dogs, and digital watches from the 80s and 90s. a Timex, Casio, or Armitron has been on my wrist every day for over 30 years.
