My view on my PRX changes daily ๐Ÿ˜…

I keep going back and forth with this one. After wearing a 36mm watch for a while, my 40mm PRX can somethimes feel a bit big and flashy.. other days, it feels refreshing to wear something a bit less understated and a bit more in-your-face ๐Ÿ˜ Either way, I absolutely love the geometries and the reflections on my green PRX ๐Ÿ’š

ยท

I prefer the smaller version. These look fine on my smaller wrists though. Regardless theyre great watches!

ยท

I feel the same! I have the 40mm mint dial and I love it but usually reserve it for a dress watch on Sunday for church, a night out, or just somehting fun to wear. I like to wear something a bit more understated after it since it feels flashy.

I have the same concerns about the 40mm. I havenโ€™t gotten a prx because I canโ€™t decide on the size. Iโ€™ve even tried them on at boutique and go back and forth. Wish they made a 37-38mm and my problem would be solved!

ยท

Oh, and to my eyes the smaller prx looks better on your wrist. Well proportioned.

I have a smaller wrist at about 6 inches and I can tell you the 40mm fits me fine. At least for my tastes.

Agreed, I think a 37-38mm version would really be the sweet spot! If I had gone smaller, I really like the mother of pearl version, but have a white Lorier Astra which has taken that size/colour spot!

ยท

I bought the large one when I was a little larger than I am now, I sort of wish I went with the smaller one, but I have too many memories associated with this fat fuck of a watch that it has some sentimental value now ๐Ÿ˜…

I recently posted my Tissot PRX 35MM to sell on ebay. Not really for the flashy nature, but to fund another piece. I rode the wave and I'm not too mad about jumping off the board. Swapping it for a MOP Ix&Dao

And looks great on that delugs strap! I don't have a rubber strap for it, but I do sometimes wear it on the Black leather version from Tissot

The matching rubber strap from delugs is what sold me on the watch. Not big on steel bracelets but trying and the bang for your buck on the quartz is huge I think.

I do love the tissot straps as well. It's just a lovely watch when you want to show off a little, or ball on a budget as they say haha

Thanks for the comment mate.. but this is the 40mm in both pictures (?)

I do hear often people commenting on 40mm PRX as big and flashy but I never see my prx this way, usually only shines when the sun hit the direct light on the dial but that doesn't happen often during a sunny day anyway and when it does, quite frankly, I enjoy it

It's strange, personally I think these convs are really all about perspective and what people are used too seeing on their own wrists.. for me it's literally just the contrast when I switch watches.. the PRX feels big for a few days if I've just switched from a 36mm... but similarly the 36mm will feel rather small when I finally switch back ๐Ÿ˜… ! I've ultimately concluded that it's all in my head and I make sure to enjoy both ๐Ÿฅณ

Idk try a cw twelve

ยท

40 mm mint dial and I even wear mine swimming in the sea and pool . 36 just feels a bit small for me but just as beautiful as the 40

ยท

The 35mm PRX wears really well!! It wears more like a 36/37. I love mine; the light-play on the ice blue dial is ridiculous! Definitely one of my favorite watches

Continues to be rated as one of the best under $1000! A must have in any collection!

Yeah that ix&dao engineer is a fantastic watch and canโ€™t be beat for the money.

I would like to think I will have a prx by the time the year is out but feel I should gravitate towards the 35!
