Kudos to everyone that reached out during my time away from Crunchville. We are still living the dream and still doing plenty of watch stuff offline. We are hosting another event at WindUp San Francisco this year so stay tuned for details as that event draws near. We hit The Cheesecake Factory tonight before visiting the Rolex AD. I wore my Bulgari Octo and my better half rolled with Cartier. I know that everyone's experience is unique however my Rolex AD visits have been very different from what I frequently see posted on WC. The associates have always treated us warmly and tonight they were excited to pass my Bulgari around. I think some people feel like they have to wear Rolex when visiting the Rolex AD but the associates seemed genuinely interested to see something different. I was offered several two tone and precious metal watches and lastly a Polar Explorer II. I had previously gotten the call on a no date sub after only about 90 days. There are microbrand preorders that take longer than that! The associates urged me to be patient if I wanted something not in stock and also asked me to avoid supporting the Rolex grey market. They gifted me a Rolex catalog and texted me later on to say how much they had enjoyed our visit. Not telling anyone what they should or shouldn't like but rather just sharing my first hand experiences. As always Do You!✌️
