Suggest Me a Great Microbrand Watch Under $700!

🌊 In the vast ocean of microbrand watches, I'm on the hunt for pearls! 💎 Fellow Crunchers, I need your help! 🙏

For 2025, my goal is to dive deeper into the world of microbrands and build a collection that celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and the unique stories these brands bring to the table. 🕰️

This year, I've explored some amazing microbrands, and I’ve been blown away by their dedication to quality and design. But here's the thing—I'm looking for hidden gems. 💎✨ Think small-batch, high-quality, under-the-radar brands that are crafting pieces with soul. 🛠️

🎯 Budget: Under $700

📜 Criteria: Unique designs, quality craftsmanship, and a story worth telling.

Share your favorites! Drop names, pics, and links to watches you swear by. Bonus points if you’ve got personal photos of your microbrand beauties! 📸👀

Let’s help each other uncover the next big (or should I say, small) thing in the watch world. Can’t wait to see your suggestions! 💬🧭 Tag your expert crunchers here for better results 😉😆

I'll list out all the suggestions after this week and share it on WC for all our crunchers ☺️ 👏

@Max please bless the thread 🙏 with your top picks 😁

I don't know if it's what you're looking for but I love my islanders. I think they have some of the best dials both in and outside of their price range. The highlight is the Northport with the ripple dial.

The Lorier Hyperion is a good microbrand watch for under 700$. I own one myself and very much enjoy it 👍

Here's one that I'm looking at Dev. I already have the Cherwell in blue that was made for Kickstarter backers. Marloe is making some great looking watches.

They are making some nice ones and these are a couple that I'm interested in. Marloe Watch Company is an up and comer. In a way they remind me of Christopher Ward and they are from the area in a sense.

In my limited experience, I would be careful going for a Spinnaker. They… aren’t all that.

Little truly stays under the radar. I think two contenders in this category will have to be: Alcadus Quantra and either one of the two Monbreys. Makina remains worth mentioning, but may be a few tenners over. Montmartre Watchworks is worth exploring and had some deep discounts on making it incredible value. J&Berg for something very near yet more utilitarian.

I also wholeheartedly agree with Henry Archer, and might also suggest Aigí

Lorier is my vote!

I’m really on the #nodus and #montereywatchco bandwagon lately. I find myself wearing both Brian’s a lot and love their owners. I just got a Serket and will be reviewing it soon too.

Love my Zelos Comet!
