HELP AGAIN! lol

Hello fellow Churchers (IYKYK)

Final questions before purchase! After searching far and wide and changing my mind more than you could imagine I’ve came down to this decision and I need help.

Still wanting a Cartier (90% of last post to suggest the Tank over the others)

I just purchased a 1930 Omega Tank Art Deco today so thinking do I need two Tanks?

But still interested in the Cartier, trying to tell myself I don’t need to spend $3000CAD on a used Cartier but it does have warranty til 2028.

I’ve narrowed down my searches to these:

2020 Cartier Tank Large with Warranty til 2028

Longines Master Collection 190th

Raymond Weil - Maestro Moonphase

Since I purchased a vintage tank maybe I get a round dress watch that’s new? But I think I’ll always think about the Cartier?

Longines gets my vote.

Beautiful Omega!

Longines gets my vote.

Beautiful Omega!

Thank you! I’m in love with the Longines but something tells me I’ll regret the Cartier and same thing tells me I’ll regret Longines lol

It can be a weird internal Hell. I know how you feel.

But, maybe Cartier is a little bit more often seen? The Omega out-tanks the Tank and I think the Longines has it’s own particular design. But as always, these things are profoundly personal - or they ought to be.

·

Longines!

·

You’re good. Just hang tight until something comes along that you can’t let go.

·

Cartier. 100%.

Either that or stick with the Omega (which is gorgeous, by the way).

·

Why not get a round Cartier? Ballon bleu or ronde?

·

Omega is beautiful my friend 👌sounds like your going to get at least two of these pics here,so just pic which one first and let it flow, two tanks isn't a problem bracelet for the cartier two totally different looking watches 💪👍

·

Given you already have the Omega (its stunning, btw), I'd go with the Longines. Its on my wishlist...someday :)

·

That Omega is gorgeous 😍. I agree with others that the Omega is more usual and I am sure there will be plenty of opportunities for Cartier and Longines in the future. So you could maybe hold back until you see that one that really sings to you.

·

I think the Omega a is better than the Cartier tank, and you don’t need 2 very similar watches. And that Longines is beautiful and different. So I’d go with that.

·

The omega looks better than the Cartier and makes a second tank redundant.

·

Longines, no need for Tank anymore

·

Longines by a mile, but only because you've got that gorgeous Omega tank. 👌

I think the Omega is perfect. If you don’t want another Tank, and still want a Cartier, maybe a Ronde? This is a particularly beautiful watch.

This is where is started! Just found a Automatic for $3700?!

I really like that Omega…any issues with accuracy?

Just purchased yesterday. Seller is from Poland and on vacation so won get it til next week or later but I’ll let you know!

I own that Longines. It is a great watch and one of my favorites. You will be happy with it. You may want to compare it against the small seconds version, which is 38.5mm / 20mm as opposed to 40mm / 19 mm (the original model's specs). It is selling on the grey market just under US$2k.

Yes looking at the 38mm!

I thought it was just me 😂

You are not alone….ha!

No offense but I think people see Cartier and they lose their minds. There is no style to that thing at all. The elongated Roman numerals …Bleeeccch! Screams old lady

·

I'd go for Raymond Weil but with the no date moon phase. Dress watches can go without a date in my opinion

·

That Omega! Wow! 🎯

·

Thats easy! go with the pretty one.

·

That longines is a classic, since you already have a square.

·

Cartier. Tank.

A heavy name. A beautiful watch.

·

Love that Omega. Honestly a more unique choice than the Cartier, which is at peak hype right now. Don’t think you’d need two tanks of the same color but that’s just me.

·

I love that Omega!

Do you happen to have a reference number so I can try to find one myself?

Awesome, thank you!

Have to say Raymond Weil. The Roman numerals with the blue hands and patterned dial, super tasty. Plus having a moonphase in your collection is cool

Don't compromise go for the real deal!

Get the Cartier tank.
