Adobe lightroom? I’m so impressed with it. I’ll need a bit more time to digest its full capabilities.
It's so hard to get interesting lens flare with a cellphone camera. This discovery blew my mind, but the circumstances are really hard to accomplish I think.
What a fantastic photo, Dan. I love the lighting, especially the glorious beam. It makes a good photo a wonderful photo.
You say 'accidental', I say fortuitous. Isn't a big part of photography, seeing and then turning what you see into an image. Most people would simply overlook the opportunity.
I'm also enjoying your #chiaroscuro and I would even add #negativespace into the mix. Sure the background is not completely empty but what little there is, helps focus the eye and mind on the watch 💯

Thanks for the comments John. I will admit I'm surprised by the image. For years I've been trying to get good lens flare off a phone camera, and now realize I need to do things differently. The principles I know are applied differently for cruddy phone cameras. 😅 That whole realization might be the fortuitous part.

I like my Alpinist too, Tony, even after getting a couple dings in the bezel this week. Clean for 6 months, and then wham, twice!
Love your 📸 Dan.
Thanks Danilo. 🙏

Thanks Dev. Hope you have a great weekend.
Incredible shot!!!!!🤯
Wonderful photo. Lighting is the key to any good photo even if you just have a moment to recognize and use it. Well done!

Completely agree with you on lighting, Neil; the tough part is recognizing the moment. 😂
