It's a 24mm wide FKM rubber diving style strap from Amazon. Wocci brand. Cost me $21. (I also got one without the wavy bits but that's still in the mail.)
You can see from the photos my arm and wrist taper a lot (thick arm down to slim wrist). So getting anything really comfy is difficult. - But this combination is awesome!
I just cleaned my house while wearing it and it was perfect! Stayed in place without being sticky or flopping around. Perfect amount of grippiness without being tight on the wrist.
It's waaaaay better than the crappy metal one I've had to use for the past couple months (see in my profile). No hair pulling. Super breathable.
And easily wearable loose because it's so soft and chunky. Doesn't poke or scratch or flop around.
Very smooth material like on my GBD-200. I love that! It's super nice on the skin.
And of course cruelty free (as far as I know) which is my number 1 requirement.
My watch has 23mm lugs but the soft FKM rubber was easily able to squeeze down. (I thought I'd have to cut it, but no.)
And it looks basically perfect. Can't tell it's the wrong size unless you look really close.
And the extra 2mm over the 22mm size gives a slightly more chunky look that fits the big watch nicely.
The watch is 45mm diameter x 54mm lug to lug x 15mm thick - shown on my 6.7" wrist (measured behind the wrist bone).
I just had to swap out the spring bars which was extremely easy. (I used the spring bars that were included with the watch) I just compressed the bar using the little quick release lever and gently pulled it outwards.
Just make sure you swap the spring bars from the large cutout. Not from the main hole of the spring bar.

I forgot to mention they did a great job with the color!
There's many different shades of orange and this one is very nice in my opinion. Colorful but not toooooooo bright. A tiny bit "pastel" (little bit of gray mixed in).
Also I should mention that "Different Shades of Orange" would be a great name for a pornography book for women. They get horny for shades apparently. 🤷
I wasn't sure if I'd love the waves but now that I've tried it on I think they look great! They don't take away from the watch.
They aren't huge. I think smaller waves than the Citizen diver that I've tried on with these waves.
Oh I should mention it's a bit small!
There's only 3 extra holes on top of my wrist size! 😵
So in my estimation this will only fit up to 7.7" wrist. Maybe 8 if you wear it a bit more snug than I do.

Yeah they really need to. I mean there's the titanium one but it's not really the same design.
And they do make slightly smaller pro treks but not that small and still with a huge lug to lug which is just stupid.

That one is very nice too! But a 40mm of the one you have (actual 40 mm without crazy lug to lug numbers) would sell big time! I’d be first in line!

I'm also actually happy that Casio have the wrong size on their website because I never would have bought this watch if it said 54mm lug to lug (it says 51.5mm which is already bigger than anything I've ever owned). But when it arrived I discovered that it still fits me in a way that I like.

Seems to be a good fit, and a color like that will make any dark watch pop. Also good on you for going cruelty free. I've generally avoided new products with leather (2nd hand watches notwithstanding) but haven't been 100% perfect at it. Certainly can do a little more to mitigate contributing to the animal slaughter industrial complex.
