The same thing I do with it during the day.
I wear small watches that don't weigh much and I can forget i have it on. Comfort is king. Any watch that leaves red marks when you take it off is not comfortable to wear and is why they take them off.
I keep it on. I’ve been wearing my Seiko monster almost nonstop for the past few weeks.
