Beautiful Nomos

These Nomos Club Sport watches are some of the most beautiful watches I’ve ever seen.

Nice watches darker colours definitely the way to go. I tried a salmon coloured one and it looked too washed out vs the markers.

Yes, I think they call that “ember”. I want to try on the Tabac and the Polar. I’m falling in love with the Tabac. I suspect it’s just amazing in person. They’re a big stretch for me, financially though. So that’s a long-term save-up.

I’m making deep cuts to my collection, though, so I’ll have a seed fund going.

Beautiful watches. The Petrol is marvelous. The Tabak on the other side disappointed me terribly. It's more of a red brown then a tabak tone👀

·

Lovely dials colors and textures. I am especially fond of the modern typefaces and baton hands.

Unfortunately, I can not get over the long lugs. They look off to me compared to the proportions of the case. And the end links look like they have been stretched to fill all that gap. It simply doesn't work for my tastes in watches.

Thanks, actually! Red-brown is what I’d hoped it would be in person. 😃

I get you. I’m lucky enough to have an 18cm wrist, so the lugs aren’t too bad. I don’t actually want it on a bracelet for daily wear.

I’ve got to try it on.

Good for you🙏🏼 I expected a rich tabacco colour. Nope that's not it.

·

Both of those look fantastic colours for dials, just different enough to be fun and colourful without being so extreme they don't work in every situation or only work with limited strap styles and colours. The Petrol really grabs me but I hope to get the similar colour Fears Redcliff boutique edition one day, so maybe that rich brown if I ever got the chance

·

Gorgeous watches. Love the blue and green dials .....and those long lugs.

·

Gotta love Nomos. This is the Neomatic 42 Blue, a long time favorite of mine, but I’m thinking about trading for the 39 ‘Smoke’.

Wow! Just wow.

How many centimetres is your wrist? That wears beautifully on you!

Please no inches, they make no sense to me.😕

·

Thanks! 👏🏻

My wrist is 17.78cm (7 inches 🙂)

Great! I’m at 18mm so that makes that a great fit! I’m really happy about that. I can’t wait to try one on!

·

Yes they are, and for me, worlds best price/value ratio watch is the new 39mm one with smoke dial. 200m wr under 9mm thickness excellent and sexxxy look

inhouse reliable movement

top notch build quality

...

List goes on. Absolutely best of the best! Also still under 3000eur 😀

Why Smoke dial? Because i tried all 3 colors of the new 39mm models. That dimmed gray really changes color depending on your outfit. Which makes is absolutely a perfect match with every single outfit.

Did i told that they also have quick release bracelets 😀

Since i still cannot afford 2850eur now, here's my Nomos 🫠

Damn that green dial is gorgeous!! I don’t have a green dial in that shade yet 😅

·

I mean by the color change, take a look to these.

The one on the left is with a brown cream tone outfits which i took the photo. The other one through instagram with blue tones... Brilliant!

Because that dial reflects colors incredibly well.

Couldn’t agree more. Blows the OP out of the water for half the price.

Only watch I like more than that is the new 38mm green Omega AT

·

Big fan of Nomos, love my petrol 37

Frankly I’m envious of all owners of this particular line. I simply have to get one.

They are a quality watch - got mine engraved as it was for my 10yr wedding anniversary

It’s tasteful and still get to see the gorgeous movement in the back

Highly recommended

The green 💚 is gorgeous 😍

·

In one word....agreed.

And the best thing about them is they don’t have California dials like the Club Campus! For some reason I can’t stand California dials or NATO straps no matter how many YouTubers tell me I should love them. 😀

Aha! I share your feelings about both things! I’ve tried NATO straps and boy did I find the experience exasperating and unsatisfying.

I’ve had two California dials and I went right off them. Now I really can’t stand that design. I have no rational reason for this aversion. I was so excited when I saw the new Club Sport watches.

·

Easy to dress up too. Pop a Club on a nice leather strap and you have dressy contender that puts high end pieces to the test:

I have seen someone wear the green in real life. It looked nice and seemed to fit very well too. I would just be cautious regarding the span of any Nomos...

I’ve got an 18cm wrist so that would not be an issue for me, luckily. But I get it. They really should redesign their lugs.

I guess the 37mm should work well then. Still, at seeminy over 50mm span with the endlinks I'd want to try it on even with that wrist size. But it's a nice watch, I hope it works out for you!

Thanks! I’m sure it will. See, I’d put it on a strap anyway for regular wear. So endlinks aren’t a priority concern. 😀
