Monday is Battlefield = Fieldwatch

Mondays can be difficult and feel like a battle so most of the times I use a field watch . This here is the series 2 of Studio Undersog which I really like how it plays with the light thanks to the double cristal it has on the dial. I like it. A bit more than the most famous series 1 . Do you like Indy producers ? Field watches ? See you and good luck this Monday .

I wrote it off and cancelled my order as soon as I found out it was hand wind

That’s fair ! In my case I found it nostalgic or “romantic”.

·

I really like this watch.

I’m only just starting to recognise the nostalgia in white dials though my introduction was a Flieger.

I'm positively shocked that its a studio underdog. Would not have guessed it. Its quite lovely

·

This is fantastic! I hope to add watermelon at the next release🤞🏾

How “blue” is the dial IRL? I think this is the Steffany Blue but it looks almost white

I'm waiting on a "Steffany Blue" Studio Underdog like yours to arrive in the next few months. They're beautiful, but I never really thought of these as "Field Watches", though they certainly could meet the definition. I'm hoping my wife will appreciate the simple beauty of these offerings and not look at it the way I look at my Hamilton 44mm Officer's Field posted here.

It’s a great watch. Only problem with the Stefany blue is that my wife has a tendency to “borrow” it for extended periods of time. Hey Ho, means I might be able to justify another watch! As for the issue of it being “handwound”, once you’ve more than a couple of watches, automatic movements become less important, so suspect many on hear needn’t worry.

The steffany blue is a light blue, but still obviously blue. There was also a limited edition white dial “full moon” with the same orange hands as the steffany sold at the British Watchmakers day.

Yeah ! I find a bit entertaining the mechanical aspect of it .
