Actually I also liked the Rolex Explorer and it was the Northflag that made me forget about that one . In comparison the design is boring in the Rolex . In a way, for me, the Northflag is the Explorer of the future . I got one as a NOS in a small jewelry in Mexico City last year ! I was super fortunate . BTW I got the original bracelet later in Rolex this year and it came with ten links ;) hope I solved your question.
Yeah! I think also supply and demand are related but also the design and the fact is not your typical Tudor has something to do with its current status
